Juan M. Jaquez

Juan M. Jaquez has a diverse and extensive work experience. Juan M. began their career at Honeywell Opto Electronica, where they worked from 2000 to 2008 in various roles, including Operations Manager and Manager of the Plant & Distribution Center. During their time there, they were responsible for managing budgets, overseeing operations, and implementing improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

After their time at Honeywell Opto Electronica, Jaquez joined Honeywell H&BC as a Plant Manager, where they managed all administrative and production aspects of the manufacturing company. Juan M. successfully increased efficiency and productivity, supervised a large workforce, and ensured regulatory compliance.

Following their role at Honeywell H&BC, Jaquez joined Honeywell Environmental Combustion Controls as the Director of Operation. Juan M. played a key role in transforming the San Diego operation and meeting strategic objectives.

Jaquez then worked at Honeywell Safety Products as Director of Operations Multi-sites-High growth Regions and West U.S.A. Juan M. was responsible for P&L responsibility in various regions and implemented supply base management metrics to improve accountability.

Most recently, Jaquez worked at Sohnen Enterprises, Inc. as the Director of Operations. During their time there, they introduced a new operating system, established processes for accountability, and implemented lean manufacturing tools resulting in significant cost savings.

In their current role as the Director of Operations at CODAN US Corporation/CODAN US Mexico, Jaquez oversees operations and plays a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the company.

Juan M. Jaquez received their education as follows:

From 1980 to 1983, they attended the University of Wisconsin-Stout in Menomonie, Wisconsin, and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and Marketing.

Prior to that, from 1978 to 1980, they studied at Moraine Park Technical Institute in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin, where they obtained an Associate's Degree in Marketing.

In addition to their academic achievements, Juan M. Jaquez has also earned several certifications throughout their career. These include HOS Phase Bronze Certification-Multi-sites from Honeywell Operating Systems/Lean internal certification, obtained in December 2014; Honeywell Operating System (HOS) Silver Certification in ECC Juarez and ECC San Diego, obtained in July 2012; Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Honeywell, obtained in May 2010; and HOS Phases 1-5 Certifications from Honeywell Operating Systems/Lean Internal certification, although the specific month and year of obtaining these certifications are not available.
