Jessica Forte

Jessica Forte (Nee Miller) has accumulated a diverse range of work experience throughout their career. Jessica began working as a Senior Management Consultant and Registered Psychologist at Stillwell Management Consultants in September 2007, where they stayed until March 2013. Following this, they joined the Detmold Group as a Talent Manager, responsible for the Australian and New Zealand regions. After three years in this role, they were promoted to Group Talent Manager, overseeing talent management for the entire organization. Most recently, Jessica joined Codan Limited in July 2023 as the Global Director of HR Projects, where they are responsible for managing HR projects across the company's international locations.

Jessica Forte (Nee Miller) completed their Bachelor of Psychology Honours from Flinders University between 2004 and 2008. Prior to that, they attended St Peter's Girls' School.
