Lauren Crilly

Lauren Crilly is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in media and public relations. Currently serving as the Global Communications Manager at Codan Limited since September 2025, Lauren has held various roles at Nova Systems Australia and New Zealand from January 2021 to September 2025, including External Engagement and Communications Manager and Senior Media and Content Advisor. Prior to that, Lauren was the Principal Media Adviser - Communications and Engagement at Central Adelaide, providing strategic media advice and implementing communication strategies. With a background that includes significant roles at SA Health, Nine Network Australia, Win Network JSC, and Fairfax Media, Lauren has developed a robust skill set in media relations, crisis communication, and content production. Academically, Lauren holds a Diploma in Digital Marketing from the Digital Marketing Institute and a Bachelor's degree in Media from the University of Adelaide.
