Ly Siu is an experienced Senior Human Resources Consultant at Codan Limited since June 2018 and operates Ly Siu Consulting, specializing in employee benefits and HR consultation since April 2017. With over 15 years in various HR roles at BC Transit, including Manager Payroll & Benefits, Ly Siu has a demonstrated track record in payroll services, employee engagement, recruitment, benefits administration, and workplace safety. Earlier experience includes positions at Health Benefits Consulting and Clarica Life Insurance, complemented by a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Simon Fraser University.
