Joseph Fries

Joseph Fries serves as the Chief Growth Officer at Codazen, a digital engineering agency focused on intelligent marketing, since January 2024. As the Founder and President of Navy Blue Group since 2016, Joseph provides consulting and executive coaching to entrepreneurial CEOs across various industries, emphasizing sustainable growth strategies. Additionally, Joseph is a member of the Board of Directors for DP Nicoli, contributing to the management of an ESOP, and for ARDX, where efforts are directed towards scaling and planning for an eventual business exit. Previously, Joseph held the roles of President & CEO and Chairman of the Board at Fontis Solutions from 1995 to 2016, transforming the company into a successful marketing services provider. Joseph holds a BS in Economics from UC Irvine and further education from the University of Cambridge.
