James T. Powers

James T. Powers is currently the VP & Chief Growth & Development Officer at Holzmacher, Mclendon & Murrell, P.C. Prior to their current position, Mr. Powers was the Director of Business Development at Bohler Engineering from April 2011 to June 2021. Before Bohler Engineering, Mr. Powers was the Architect and Director of Business Development at CSArch Architecture l Engineering l Construction Management from January 2009 to December 2011.

Mr. Powers has also been involved with The Townwide Fund of Huntington, Inc. and Golden Krust, where they held the positions of Franchisee and VP Franchise Executive, respectively. From January 2007 to December 2009, Mr. Powers was a Franchisee at Golden Krust, and from January 2002 to December 2003, they were the VP Franchise Executive.

Additionally, Mr. Powers has served as the CEO/President of JT Powers Development from January 2002 to December 2009 and as the Principal - Consulting, Marketing, Sales, RE, Arch & Construction at Franchise Consulting Services from January 1998 to December 2001.

James T. Powers attended the New York Institute of Technology, where they earned their Bachelor of Architecture degree. James also attended Mercer County Community College, where they earned their Associate of Science in Architecture. Lastly, they attended Oakcrest High School.
