María Laura Ponti

María Laura Ponti has a diverse work experience in graphic design and UX/UI design. María Laura is currently working as a UX/UI Designer at LenioLabs_, collaborating in the redesign of a core product for TriNet. Their role involves working with fellow designers, product managers, engineers, and UX writers, following a product creation framework called "DDI" (Discover, Design, and Implementation).

Prior to this, María worked as a Freelancer graphic designer from 2010 to 2022. During this time, they designed and edited publications for organizations like IRENA and UNEP using Adobe InDesign. María Laura also worked on logo designs, graphic identities, and photography editing for various clients. Additionally, they provided book design, management, and website design services.

María also served as a Marketing & Communications Coordinator and UX Designer at G&L Group from 2020 to 2021. María Laura briefly worked as a UX Designer at Sofrecom Argentina SA in 2019. Previously, they worked as a Graphic and web designer at IntermediaSP from 2016 to 2019, where they mainly focused on designing for the client Club LA NACION's social networks, newsletters, and website. María Laura worked closely with the client, ensuring the design reflected user needs and objectives.

Earlier in their career, María worked as a Graphic designer at Copyfactory from 2010 to 2016. Their responsibilities included preparing brochures, banners, logos, packaging, and book layouts. María Laura also worked with Vinyl cuttings. Additionally, they worked as a Graphic Designer for ModeON magazine from 2012 to 2013, handling the design and layout of the entire magazine, image production and retouching, and advertising design on social networks.
