Scarlett Pacheco Mera

Scarlett Pacheco Mera has a diverse work experience in various roles. Scarlett started their career in 2008 at Sanofi, where they were involved in recruitment-related activities and conducted interviews. In 2009, they worked as a T.C in RRHH at Alcaldía de Sucre.

From 2010 to 2011, Scarlett worked at Brandimap as a Communications Manager, where they planned and organized communication and institutional relationship activities.

In the same year, they joined Talpor Solutions C.A as a Product Manager, responsible for managing new and existing products within the organization. Scarlett also served as the HR Manager, creating and designing HR policies and procedures.

From 2014 to 2018, Scarlett worked as the CEO of La Guía del Día, where they handled communication, marketing, technology, sales, and alliance management. Scarlett also held the role of Communications and Marketing Manager, overseeing email marketing, video marketing, and digital campaigns.
