Michael Conley has a diverse work experience in the technology and digital marketing industry. Michael began their career in 2003 as a Web Designer/Developer at Tee Vee Toons Inc, where they focused on online marketing and content syndication. In 2008, they joined Sony Music Entertainment as a Manager/Developer of Digital Production, overseeing the creation and deployment of online marketing collateral. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as the Director of Engineering at rGENERATOR/Sony DADC New Media Services, managing a team of developers and overseeing the development of enterprise-level WordPress platforms. Since 2015, they have been with Code and Theory, initially as a Director of Technology and currently as a Senior Director of Technology. In this role, they lead development teams, implements best practices, and manages development, QA, and staging environments.
