Minela Bjelevac

Minela Bjelevac is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as Sr. Director of People at Code and Theory since August 2023 and as a Leader Member at StartupExperts since July 2023. Previously, Minela led the People & Culture function at YML from May 2017 to October 2023, where significant team growth was achieved during a transformative period for the company. Prior experience includes roles at Baidu USA as People Ops Manager, overseeing operations for over 200 employees, and at InvenSense, Inc. as People Partner, supporting a workforce of over 450 employees during substantial revenue growth. Early career experience includes coordinating a savings initiative for low-income communities at Opportunity Fund. Minela holds a Bachelor of Applied Science with a double major in Human Resources Management and Business Management from San Jose State University.
