Peter Frommer, SPHR, SHRM-CP

Peter Frommer, SPHR, SHRM-CP has been working in the Human Resources field since 2005. In 2011, they began working as the Chief Operating Officer at Vibe Probiotics Corp., where they were responsible for product design, R&D, and cost analysis of the company's new nutritional launches. Peter also ensured continuous process improvement by controlling P&L and monitoring KPI metrics. In 2017, Peter became the Operations Manager at Great Hire, Inc., where they enhanced personnel capabilities of recruiting and accounting teams across multiple locations through impressive leadership and training. Peter also led recruitment procedures for multi-industry roles involving technology, medical, and construction fields utilizing active and passive platforms. In 2020, Peter began working as the VP of HR Operations at Ground Route, Inc. where they developed an internal Professional Employment Organization (PEO) to achieve organizational targets. Peter also designed, developed, and implemented UKG (formerly Kronos Workforce Ready) and Zoho CRM/Recruit in order to improve onboarding, payroll, scheduling, and productivity for all employees. Most recently, in 2022, Peter became the Senior Manager, People & Culture at Dr. Squatch, where they are responsible for managing workforce growth at the flagship manufacturing facility, including compliance, standard operating procedure (SOP) development, conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures, and employee engagement plans. Peter also addresses and resolves human resource issues and drafts and proposes effective recommendations to process improvements within People & Culture and Operations.

Peter Frommer is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Capella University, expected to be completed in February 2023. Peter has also obtained a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Capella University. Additionally, they have completed a course in Computer Science from the University of California, Los Angeles. Peter has also obtained certifications from HRCI and SHRM, including a Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion in HR, SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
