Srinidhi Mirmira Rao

Srinidhi Mirmira Rao is an accomplished engineering leader currently serving as the Head of Engineering, Mobile at Code and Theory since September 2023. Prior experience includes over a decade at YML, where Srinidhi advanced from Software Engineer Trainee to Director of Engineering, overseeing the establishment of web development capabilities and leading a 75-member cross-functional team to deliver award-winning mobile applications. Notable projects include the animated iOS application for Credit Karma and the loyalty mobile website for AMEX. With a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications from Sir M Visvesvaraya Institute Of Technology, Srinidhi has consistently demonstrated expertise in engineering management, team building, and innovative technology solutions.
