Alpana Saxena, PhD has a diverse work experience. Alpana is currently a Research Scientist at Code Biotherapeutics, a position they have held since 2021. From 2019 to 2021, they were a Research Project Lead (Assay Development) for Biotech sponsored Cancer Immunotherapy Research at the Ottawa Hospital Research Institute. From 2018 to 2019, they were a Molecular Biologist at New York University. From 2011 to 2018, they were a Gastrointestinal Science Student Researcher at the University of Calgary, where they designed, managed, and fulfilled two projects on the microbial and immunologic changes in Inflammatory Bowel Disease, culminating in two first-author publications and collaborated with fellow researchers to complete two additional projects that culminated in two second-author publications.
