Vidyullatha Vasireddy

Vidyullatha Vasireddy serves as the Head of Translational Medicine at Code Biotherapeutics since August 2023, directing the preclinical development of innovative non-viral gene therapies. Previously, as the Director of Translational Toxicology at SwanBio Therapeutics from March 2020 to August 2023, Vidyullatha led AAV-based gene therapy programs focused on rare neurological disorders. An extensive background includes serving as the Director of Preclinical Translational Studies at the University of Pennsylvania, where responsibilities encompassed AAV vector design and execution of translational strategies, as well as earlier roles at the University of California San Diego and the University of Michigan that involved significant research contributions in ophthalmology. Vidyullatha's academic achievements include a Certificate in Translational Sciences and Regulatory Affairs from the University of Pennsylvania and a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Osmania University.
