Sanjana Rana is a Mechatronics and Biomedical Engineering student at UNSW, pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) and a Master of Biomedical Engineering. During secondary school, Sanjana honed leadership and teamwork skills as a member of Australia’s first all-girls team in the First Robotics Competition, which led to their selection for the 2018 FRC World Championships. With a passion for mechatronics and biomedical technologies, Sanjana excelled academically, earning numerous awards in subjects like Mathematics and Information Processes and Technology. They have also contributed as a STEM educator and mentor, guiding peers toward potential career opportunities while engaging in various teaching and internship roles.
