Jelmer Riemersma

Jelmer Riemersma is an experienced professional with a strong background in publishing, localization, and design. Currently serving as Director of Publishing and Localisation at code d’azur since January 2021, Riemersma previously held the position of Manager of Marketing Localization for Apple Services at Apple from October 2014 to January 2021, where responsibilities included managing a team supporting global marketing campaigns for various Apple platforms. Riemersma co-founded Veeel in Amsterdam, focusing on user-centered product design, and served as COO, overseeing strategy and operations. Earlier experience includes roles in operational management at DataroomServices B.V. and creative consultancy at JL®. Riemersma holds an MSc in Industrial Design Engineering from Delft University of Technology and has attended Stanford University, complemented by a high school education from Gymnasium Haganum.
