Eric Mikanda

Eric Mikanda is a Client Success Manager helping to ensure the mission-driven impact of programs like GetYourRefund. Before joining Code for America, Eric was a management consultant advising nonprofit clients on solutions to the key strategic, financial, and operational problems facing their organizations. Prior to that, Eric counseled leadership at New York City’s child-support program on designing and implementing new policies and initiatives for improving outcomes among the city’s most vulnerable populations. At the beginning of his career, Eric worked as an educator in the South Bronx teaching 8 th grade math.

Eric holds an MBA from New York University and an MPA from Princeton University. He completed his undergraduate studies in Business Economics at Rutgers University.
