Jon Truong

Jon is a designer who draws from his experiences as an advocate, researcher, and volunteer tenant counselor to solve complex problems alongside the people impacted by them. Most recently, he’s worked with non-profits, local governments, and academic institutions to build digital tools that empower ordinary people to act on everything from resisting eviction to learning about automated decision systems in government.Jon holds a Master in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School and a BA in Political Science from the University of Southern California.
