Salma Douidar

Salma Douidar has held various roles in the tech industry since 2020. In 2020, they were a STEM/Coding Instructor at TeacherOn.com. In 2021, they held three roles: Head of Product at Code Galaxy, Lead Instructor at Code Galaxy, and Coding Instructor at SMART Core Labs. In 2022, they were a Software Tester at Arabic Localizer. At Code Galaxy, Salma improved student class experience by coordinating with teachers, marketing, and sales teams. Salma created student surveys, facilitated their sending, monitored and shared the reports with the management team. Salma also worked with the marketing team to advertise and announce events to the students and parents. Salma automated some of the day-to-day activities such as emails and posts. As Lead Instructor, they assessed lesson plans and current teaching methods, supported and guided other members of the teaching staff, on-boarded and trained new teachers, designed a full-stack development bootcamp for college students, conducted quarterly performance reviews with the teaching staff, reviewed classes recordings and ensured the best experience for both students and teachers, and improved the overall teaching experience by automating students' certificate creation.

Salma Douidar has an education history that includes a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering from the Faculty of Computer Sciences and Information, which they are expected to complete in 2022. Prior to that, they obtained an American Diploma from Brilliance American School in 2018. In addition, they have obtained certifications from the Information Technology Institute (ITI) in 2021 for Introduction to software testing concepts & techniques and in 2020 for Dot Net Development. Salma also obtained a Software Engineering Virtual Experience certification from JPMorgan Chase & Co. in 2020.
