Adela Grigoriu

Adela Grigoriu has 17 years of experience in business. Adela began their career in 2000 as an Accounting Clerk, Executive Assistant, MBC Sales Manager, and Key Account Manager Corporate Business at JW Marriott Bucharest Grand Hotel. In 2012, they became the Managing Partner & CEO of Co-Factor, a creative technology company in Romania. In 2017, they co-founded Code Of Talent, a digital platform that provides an engaging and motivating learning experience for employees.
