Vlad Grigoriu

Vlad Grigoriu is a Co-Founder and CEO of Code of Talent, a digital platform that guarantees an engaging and motivating learning experience for employees. Vlad has been in this role since 2018. From 2011 to 2018, they were the Founder of Co-Factor, a company that provides a unique mix of strategy consulting and innovative technology to help companies improve business performance. From 2010 to 2011, they were a Shareholder and Board Member of TEMPO Creative Group (Tempo Adv, Kinecto, Roglaski-Grigoriu PR). From 1997 to 2010, they were Managing Partner and VP Business Development of Tempo Advertising Romania.

Vlad Grigoriu completed a Professional Diploma in Marketing and Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing between 2004 and 2007. Vlad also earned an EMBA from Kennesaw State University - Michael J. Coles College of Business between 2004 and 2006. In 2007, they became an Alumni at Harvard Business School. Additionally, they attended Academia de Studii Economice din București.
