Vlad Pleşca

Vlad Pleşca has worked in a variety of roles since 2014. Starting as an Account Officer at OTP Bank, they moved on to become Corporate Key Account Manager - External Relations for AIESEC in Romania. In 2016, they worked as a Key Account Manager at AAA BIROTICA, and in 2018 they became an International Key Account Manager at eMAG. In 2020, they took on the role of Channel Sales Manager at GBC Exim (Romania) SRL, and in 2021 they became Sales Team Leader at OLX Group. Currently, they are Country Lead at Code Of Talent, helping organizations improve their business results through microlearning.

Vlad Pleşca received a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Insurance, Banks and Stock Exchanges from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest in 2013-2016. Vlad then went on to pursue a Master's degree in DAFI FABBV - Financial Investments and Management from the same institution, which they completed in 2016-2018.
