Natalia is a Program Evaluation Analyst in the Research, Evaluation, and Data Team. Prior to joining Code.org she evaluated child welfare and family strengthening services at Allegheny County’s Department of Human Services. Natalia is passionate about using data to ensure program outcomes are achieved, and to identify opportunities to strengthen initiatives and reach underserved communities. An Economist with Masters’ degrees in Public Policy and Business Administration from Georgetown University and the University of Pittsburgh, she lives in Pittsburgh, PA.
