Nick Gasparro

Nick Gasparro has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Nick co-founded Code Talent in 2012, a technical talent agency focused on fostering careers and creating great companies. Nick also worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at TapInfluence in 2016. At SendGrid, they served as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, contributing to scaling the team from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they worked at Beatport as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, responsible for recruiting Agile Development teams. Nick also worked as a Sr. Technical Recruiter/Account Manager at RemyCorporation from 2005 to 2012. Before that, they held roles at Intellisource as an Account Manager/Technical Recruiter and at Excel Personnel as a Regional Account Manager.

Nick Gasparro attended the State University of New York at Oswego from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Business Administration.
