Irfan Lalani

Irfan Lalani currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Code to Enhance Learning since July 2018, following a period of self-employment as a teacher and consultant from May 2017 to June 2018. During this time, Lalani facilitated Math classes, recruited teachers, counseled parents, and managed cash flow at a coaching center. Prior experience includes a role as Program Manager at Teach For India, where Lalani managed 18 fellows across five schools and focused on coaching and leadership development to address educational inequity. As a Teaching Fellow, Lalani taught Grade 3 and 4 students in a low-income school for two years. Lalani's career began at Tata Technologies as a Graduate Engineer Trainee, where exposure to multinational companies was gained. Lalani holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.
