Criona Ryan

Criona Ryan is an experienced Executive Operations Leader currently serving as the Head of Operations for Bizapps at Codec Ireland and the Practice Operations Manager at Codec. Previously, Ryan held significant roles at AIB, including Key Strategic Project SME, where they led the consolidation of operations teams, as well as various management positions focusing on transaction processing, people development, and operational efficiency. At KBC Bank Ireland, Ryan managed an onboarding team and oversaw outsourcing governance. Prior to their current roles, Ryan was the Global Operations Manager at Accenture, where they led global training operations and drove performance and innovation within the organization. Ryan holds a Diploma in Criminal Psychology from CMI.
