Prasad Tambe is a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Support Consultant at Codec Ireland since June 2021, specializing in the implementation, installation, configuration, customization, and production support for Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Prior experience includes serving as a Technology Support Analyst at Integreon from May 2018 to August 2019, where Prasad developed solutions across various application tiers and managed CRM support calls, focusing on performance and client satisfaction. As an Application Support Engineer at SR Creations from April 2017 to March 2018, Prasad provided L2 support for over 20 customers, addressing complex issues related to SharePoint. Prasad holds a Master of Science in Data Analytics from Dublin Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from R.P. Gogate College.
