Danil Kladov

Danil Kladov has a diverse work experience in various roles. Danil started their career at Polimentor in 2017 as a Sales Manager, where they demonstrated exceptional organizational skills and achieved impressive conversion results. In 2018, they joined an undisclosed company as a Project Manager, leading multiple projects and teams simultaneously. Danil excelled in collaborating on high-priority projects and exhibited strong attention to detail. Since 2021, Danil has been working at Code & Care as the Head of PMO, overseeing a team of 30+ members. Danil'sresponsibilities include effective communication with stakeholders, task prioritization, resource planning, and facilitating project meetings. Danil also promotes self-organization within the teams and ensures continuous delivery.

Danil Kladov earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Kharkiv National University of Radioelectronics. Danil pursued this degree from 2017 to 2022.
