Michał Śliwoń

Michał Śliwoń is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software development and entrepreneurship. As CEO of Codeclusive since August 2019, Michał focuses on building software solutions for startups in various sectors, including legal and finance. Concurrently, Michał serves as CEO of Mutant Unit and has co-founded and organized the DevConf and DevDay software development conferences, fostering networking and knowledge sharing among professionals. Previous roles include software developer at Lekta AI and Happy Team Sp. z o.o., where Michał contributed to creating innovative software and managing company culture. Michał began a career at ABB, progressing from software developer to team leader, after earning a Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science from Gdańsk University of Technology.
