Damon McWhite

Damon McWhite has a long and varied work experience, starting in 2007 as a Recruiter at Aerotek. In 2010, they moved to Integrity Staffing Solutions as an Account Manager. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Source4Teachers. In 2014, they became the Director of Business Development at Mercom Group. In 2019, they moved to Hussian College as a Career Services Coordinator. In 2022, they began working at Coded by Kids as a Program Manager and also at Mural Arts Philadelphia as a Restorative Justice and Color Me Back. In 2018, they also founded Barca LLC.

Damon McWhite attended Wake Forest University from 2002 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Communications.
