Shamodh Hassim

Shamodh Hassim is an experienced technology professional currently serving as Associate Lead TechOps at CodeGen International since November 2020, where leadership of a 20-member team has resulted in a 40% improvement in incident response times. Previously, as a Senior Engineer in TechOps at the same company, Shamodh redesigned monitoring systems to reduce anomalies by 30% and implemented advanced monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana. Earlier roles include Technology Specialist at Quantei, Trainee in Cyber Security at People's Bank, and Intern in IT Security at the Telecommunications Regulatory Commission of Sri Lanka. Shamodh holds a Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security from SLIIT and completed GCE A/L in Physical Sciences at Rahula College.
