Jael Quiroz

Jael Quiroz is the Jefa Gestión de Personas at CODELCO – Corporación Nacional del Cobre de Chile, where they are currently employed. They have previously held roles such as Senior Human Resources Specialist and Advanced Specialist in Human Resources at CODELCO. Prior to this, Quiroz worked at Antofagasta Minerals as the Recruitment and Selection Manager and as a Generalist in Human Resources, among other positions. They hold an MBA in Executive Business Management and a degree in Psychology from Universidad Católica del Norte, and are currently pursuing a Diplomado in Labor Relations. They also completed a Master's in Strategic People Management and Organizational Behavior at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
