Như Lại Quỳnh has a diverse work experience across various industries. Như started their career as a Waitress at Caravelle Saigon in 2013 and later worked as a Waitress at Warm cafe from 2014 to 2016. In 2014, they also briefly worked as an English Teacher. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at Phat Kien Gia, where they held roles as a Content Marketing Executive and later as a Marketing and Business Development Assistant Manager for the innovative beauty e-commerce platform, www.xinhsang.com. In 2018, they joined ZAGO as a Marketing and Business Development professional, responsible for marketing activities and brand management. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Digital Content Executive at Vietrace - an English Speaking Team Building Agency, where they developed content and built the brand identity. In 2021, they joined Cheil Worldwide as a Senior Account Executive, specializing in Digital Marketing for Samsung Vietnam (SAVINA). Như acted as a bridge between the client and the Shared Service Operation team, managing workload and timeline while ensuring a consistent brand image. In 2022, they briefly worked as a Marketing Coordinator at Samsung Electronics before joining CodeLink.io as a Marketing Communications Manager.
