Kaio Magalhães

Kaio Magalhães has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Kaio started their career as a Software Engineer at Instituto ADTEC, where they developed an internal sales application. Kaio then moved on to Zero Glosa Tecnologia, where they worked as a Software Engineer and was responsible for building and maintaining a critical hospital application used by multiple hospitals in Brazil.

Later, Kaio joined Codelitt and held various positions within the company. Kaio started as a Senior Software Engineer, where they worked on skunkworks and innovation-oriented projects, leading small teams and participating in the entire project life cycle. Kaio then became the Chief Technical Officer, leading a team of engineers and providing engineering guidance to all projects. After that, they took on the role of Chief Operations Officer, working closely with the CEO to lead and grow the company, while also bringing innovation through building internal and external solutions.

In addition to their roles at Codelitt, Kaio also served as a Board Member at Rolli, an Advisor at Convox, and gained experience in managing and supporting different aspects of the business.
