Neil O'Leary

Neil O'Leary is an experienced energy professional currently serving as the Executive Manager for District Heating at Codema, Dublin's Energy Agency, since May 2022. O'Leary has held various engineering roles, including Senior Energy Engineer and Energy Engineer/Analyst at Codema, as well as Mechanical and Energy Engineer positions at PM Group and Introba. With a strong educational background, O'Leary earned a Master of Science in Energy Science from Trinity College Dublin and a Bachelor’s Degree in Energy Engineering from University College Cork. Early experience includes a maintenance co-op at GE Power & Water.
