Ganesan Balasubramanian has a significant amount of experience in Quality Assurance and Compliance. Ganesan is currently the Director of Quality Assurance and Compliance at codemantra, a position they have held since September 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Quality Assurance at codemantra from July 2019 to September 2023. Before joining codemantra, Ganesan held various roles in Quality Assurance, including AGM and Senior Manager, at companies such as OKS Prepress Services Pvt Ltd, Access Healthcare Services Pvt Ltd, Vikatan Publishing Solutions, KGL, Lapiz Digital Services, and Ninestars Information Technologies. Their expertise in Quality Assurance spans over 20 years, demonstrating a strong track record in the field.

Ganesan Balasubramanian obtained their M.Sc. degree in Chemistry from Bharathidasan University in the years 1997 to 1999. Ganesan also holds additional certifications such as ISO 27001 Lead Auditor - Information Security Certification, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer - Information Security Certification, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor - Quality Certification, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) from Anna University.
