Currently serving as People Practices Senior Manager at Electronic Arts since February 2021, Kate previously held the position of People Practices Manager. Additionally, Kate has been a Human Resources Manager at Codemasters since September 2019 and served as Human Resources Director at the University of Warwick Students' Union for over a decade, from September 2008 to August 2019.
