Maryna Potemkina

Maryna Potemkina has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Maryna is currently the Co-founder and COO of Codemotion Ninjas, where they are responsible for developing and implementing the overall company strategy and driving sustainable growth. Prior to this, Maryna was the COO and Co-founder of UPUP- money for kids, a financial services company. Maryna also served as the Chief Operating Officer and Client Service Director at Интенд, a previous company. Maryna's previous roles include Project Manager at SMART business, where they were responsible for all aspects of project management, and Managing Partner, Executive Director, and Administrative Assistant at IBcontacts, where they played key roles in business development and administrative support. Maryna began their career as an intern at Credit Agricole, working in the Credit Risk Department.

Maryna Potemkina obtained a Master's degree in Banking from Kyiv National Economics University, which they completed between 2004 and 2010. From 2011 to 2012, they attended Kyiv Mohyla Business School and studied Human Resources Management. Currently, Maryna is enrolled in the Executive MBA program at Hult International Business School, where they are expected to graduate in 2023.
