Andrea Pontara

Andrea Pontara has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in social media management, content design, and journalism. Currently, they serve as the Head of Social Media at Codemotion, where they oversee and develop the company's social media strategy. In this role, they manage a team and ensure cohesive digital communication aligned with marketing and brand goals. Prior to this, Andrea worked at Imille as a Content Designer and Social Media Manager, responsible for creating and managing content across digital channels. They also served as a Social Media Manager at Havas Milan and Fornace, where they coordinated projects and managed communities for clients. Earlier in their career, Andrea worked as a Web Content Editor at Ecoseven and held various roles as a Press Officer, Web Content Editor, and Assistant at the Italian Parliament. They also have experience as a freelance journalist and as a Guitar Player in a touring band.

Andrea Pontara started their education in 1994 at Liceo Scientifico Girolamo Fracastoro in Verona, where they received their Maturità Scientifica in 1999. Andrea then attended Università degli Studi di Padova from 2000 to 2006, earning a Laurea Quinquennale in Scienze della Comunicazione. In 2004-2005, they studied Spanish Language at Universidad de Sevilla. In 2007, they obtained a TOEFL certification from LSI London. In 2014, they attended GM Formazione Roma for a Web/Multimedia Management and Webmaster program. In 2015-2016, Andrea completed an Associate's Degree in Wine Steward/Sommelier from Associazione Italiana Sommelier. In 2017, they took a Photography Course at Officine fotografiche Roma, and later that year, they also acquired an Associate's Degree in French Language from Alliance française Bruxelles.
