Bobby Dorlus is an accomplished technology leader and entrepreneur with extensive experience in site reliability engineering and technical education. As the Founder and CEO of #TheTechHustle since January 2022, Bobby focuses on empowering underrepresented communities in tech through education and community support, leveraging cutting-edge AI. In parallel, Bobby serves as a Technical Engagement Consultant with CodePath, leading workshops and keynote sessions that bridge academic learning with industry standards, while also providing mentorship as a Technical Career Coach to aspiring software engineers. Previously, Bobby held various engineering roles at Twitter from 2013 to 2022, contributing significantly to compute platform reliability and infrastructure systems. Early career experiences included positions at Citrix Systems, South Florida Water Management District, Security Identifications System Corporation, and Ocwen Financial Corporation. Bobby holds an Associate's degree in Computer Systems Networking from the New England Institute of Technology at Palm Beach.
