Cristian Mauricio Gonzalez

Cristian Mauricio Gonzalez is an experienced cook with a career spanning over two decades in the culinary field. Currently employed at Codere Argentina since January 2005, Cristian has also worked as a cook for G7 Servicios Integrales Catering y Viandas para Empresas y Hospitales from June 2020 to December 2021 during the pandemic. Prior experience includes a role at La Ilusión pasta factory from April 2003 to January 2005, where responsibilities involved kitchen tasks and assisting the official pasta maker. Cristian also contributed to the opening of Las Terrazas de Nahuascat tourist complex as a cook for the 2002-2003 season. Cristian holds professional culinary degrees from Centro de formación Profesional de gastronomía N°409 (March 2016 - December 2017) and Centro de formación Profesional de gastronomía N°405 (March 2000 - December 2001), along with a food handling credential from the municipal authority of San Martín.
