Martín Andrés Pérez

Martín Andrés Pérez is an experienced professional in product management, design, and agile methodologies, currently serving as the Head of Product Discovery & Design UXUI at Magnético since September 2022. Pérez has a strong background in leading product strategy and user experience in software development, having held various positions such as Project Manager and Product Discovery Lead. In addition to practical experience, Pérez contributes to academia as a professor at Coderhouse, teaching courses on Product Management and Agile Methodologies. Past roles include Product Team Manager at Lemon Cash and Lead Product Engineer at Kimple education, alongside foundational experiences as a Metrology Technician and R&D Technician. Martín Andrés Pérez holds a Master of Science in Engineering from IMT Atlantique and has proactive educational involvement in mathematics, physics, and engineering.
