Maxen Haveles

Maxen Haveles has a diverse work experience, starting in 2013 as a Sales Consultant at Sheehy Auto Stores, where they quickly became successful in the automotive industry. In 2014, they had an internship at Northrop Grumman Corporation, rotating through different sectors and developing effective communication skills. Maxen then joined Northrop Grumman again in 2015 as a Technical Intern, working on design and stress analysis projects. From 2016 to 2017, Maxen served as an Alumni Service Corps volunteer substitute teacher and tutor at Gonzaga College High School, mentoring disadvantaged students and coordinating a community service project. In 2016, they also became a 2017 Venture for America Fellow, joining a startup to learn about building a business and preparing to become an entrepreneur. In 2017, Maxen worked as a Business Development and Sales Associate at Alabama Sawyer. In 2019, they joined ProctorU as a Sales Automation Specialist, where they played a key role in managing staffing projections during the COVID-19 crisis and conducting user behavior analysis. Additionally, Maxen founded Engineered Athletes Lacrosse in 2019 and Highline Ridge in 2020, serving as the CEO of both organizations. Currently, Maxen works as a Sales Operations Manager at CoderPad since 2023.

Maxen Haveles completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute from 2012 to 2016. Before attending college, Maxen attended Gonzaga College High School from 2008 to 2012. Additionally, Maxen obtained the Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon in April 2019.
