Adam Vassar

Adam Vassar currently serves as the Head of Talent Science & Learning Design and previously held the position of Director of Talent Science at CodeSignal, beginning in February 2024. Prior to joining CodeSignal, Adam was the VP of Product at Core Strengths from October 2021 to February 2024, overseeing product strategy and development. Adam's experience includes a tenure at The Predictive Index as Director of Professional Services, where a successful transition of the service portfolio was achieved, and as Product Manager at Cubiks, where leadership was provided for product strategy execution in the US market. Earlier career roles include VP of Talent Solutions at Quintela Group LLC, Senior Consultant at Hogan Assessment Systems, Assessment Scientist at Findly, and Manager of Human Capital Solutions at Performance Assessment Network. Adam holds a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Indiana University Indianapolis and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Indiana State University.
