Jennifer Paisley

Jennifer Paisley has extensive work experience in various roles related to Human Resources and Benefits. Jennifer began their career at Conagra Brands in 2000 as a Project Manager and then moved on to First Data Corporation in 2001, where they served as the Director of Benefits for over ten years. In 2012, they joined American Games Inc as a Human Resources Manager and then transitioned to TD Ameritrade in 2013, where they held the position of Senior Benefits Manager for four years. Most recently, they have been working at Valmont Industries Inc since 2017, starting as the Director of Benefits and progressing to Senior Director of HR Operations and Benefits. Currently, Jennifer is the Vice President of Total Rewards and HR Operations at Valmont Industries Inc.

Jennifer Paisley earned their Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Nebraska at Omaha from 1995 to 1999. Jennifer later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resources Management and Services from Bellevue University, completing the program from 2003 to 2006.
