Kaitlin Trowbridge

Kaitlin Trowbridge is the Head of Interview Experience at CodeSignal. Kaitlin previously worked as a Talent Acquisition Operations Manager / Business Analyst II at Postmates Inc. from March 2020 to January 2021, where they were responsible for leading Business Analyst and improving core TA processes using Six Sigma Root Cause Analysis, stakeholder requirements gathering, solution design, testing, training, implementation, enablement, and support. Kaitlin also rebuilt and modernized core TA processes into 100% cloud-based systems & tools and introduced AI & automation functionality to ensure operational excellence.

In their role at CodeSignal, Kaitlin is responsible for leading the interview experience team and ensuring that all CodeSignal interviewers are providing a great experience to candidates. Kaitlin is also responsible for developing programs and initiatives to improve the interview experience for all candidates.

Kaitlin Trowbridge has a dual Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Santa Barbara and Universidad de Chile. Kaitlin also attended Immaculate Heart High School & Middle School.
