Katarzyna Dembska is an experienced professional in entrepreneurship, nutrition, and food sustainability. Currently serving as a Judge at MassChallenge Switzerland, Katarzyna previously held the role of Catalyst Program Director at the Global Entrepreneurship Centre, leading a startup accelerator program focused on international growth. With a strong foundation in academia, Katarzyna has been an External and Guest Lecturer at JAMK University of Applied Sciences and ISA Lille. As a Research Project Manager at the Barilla Foundation, responsibilities included overseeing high-profile projects in food sustainability. Additionally, as a Nutrition Advisor for the European Commission, Katarzyna contributed to initiatives promoting healthy food choices, achieving significant environmental impact. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from IESE Business School and advanced degrees in food science and dietetics from Università degli Studi di Firenze.
