Justin Kodama

Justin Kodama serves as the Head of Design and Principal Product Designer at Codex Health since September 2022. Previously, Justin held the position of Associate Director of Product Design at Pear Therapeutics from May 2018 to July 2022, contributing to the development of prescription digital therapeutics. Prior roles include positions at Bain & Company as Product Design Lead, where Justin was instrumental in building a product and design function, and at LOYAL3 as User Experience Design Manager, aimed at simplifying stock investment for the middle class. Justin's earlier career includes significant experience at Palm as a Creative Lead & Manager during the smartphone industry's rise and co-founding the popular Golden State Warriors blog, Golden State of Mind. Justin's educational background includes an MS in Human Computer Interaction from Carnegie Mellon University and a BS in Cognitive Science from UC San Diego.
