Jeff Prober

Jeff Prober has extensive work experience in finance and consulting roles. Jeff is currently serving as the VP of Finance at Codi, a position they started in January 2023. Before this, they worked as a Fractional CFO Consultant at UserHub in November 2022. Prior to that, Jeff Prober managed their own consulting company called Jeffrey Prober Consulting LLC starting in November 2021.

From 2015 to 2021, they held multiple positions at Reonomy, starting as a Director of Finance in September 2015 and later becoming the VP of Finance in July 2016. Jeff also has experience in venture capital, having worked as a Senior Associate at Primary Venture Partners from December 2014 to September 2015 and as an Associate from September 2013 to December 2014. Previously, they worked as an Investment Banking Associate at JMP Securities LLC from July 2011 to September 2013 and as an Investment Banking Analyst from July 2008 to July 2011.

Jeff Prober obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Later, they pursued a Master's Degree in Accounting at the University of Virginia from 2007 to 2008.
