Agnieszka Cieplińska

Agnieszka Cieplińska has a diverse work experience, starting with their position as a Senior Product Designer at Codility since December 2019. Prior to this role, they worked as a Freelance UX Designer from January 2018. Agnieszka also held positions as a UX/UI Designer at Wedding.pl from June 2019 to December 2019 and as a UX Designer at 10Clouds from April 2018 to May 2019. Agnieszka has experience as a UX Designer Researcher at VKNGS from November 2017 to March 2018. Prior to their work in UX design, Agnieszka worked as a Senior Account Executive at VML Poland from October 2016 to June 2017 and as an Account Executive at Change Warsaw from January 2016 to October 2016. Agnieszka has also worked as an Account Executive at Red8 Advertising from April 2014 to December 2014 and as a Havas Healthcare employee at Havas Worldwide from December 2013 to March 2014. Additionally, Agnieszka has experience as an IT Researcher at Experis IT from August 2013 to October 2013.

Agnieszka Cieplińska obtained their Magister degree in Business Psychology from Szkoła Wyższa Psychologii Społecznej w Warszawie, during the period of 2009 to 2014. In 2011, they also studied Psychology at the University of Winchester for a brief period. Later, in 2017-2018, they pursued a postgraduate diploma in UX Design from Uniwersytet SWPS. Additionally, Agnieszka received certifications such as International Coaching Certification Training ICC from the International Coaching Community in March 2015, Train the Trainer - Trening kompetencji trenerskich from Uniwersytet Warszawski in 2015, and IBM SPSS technology Junior Expert from IBM in 2014.
